Boeing 737-800

On 29th June 2000, SAA took delivery of it’s very first Boeing 737-800, taking a total of 21 examples by the end of 2003.

8 aircraft have been subleased to low cost sister carried Mango. And 2 aircraft have since been returned to lessors and placed with other carriers.
